God I'm lazy

Seriously, I need to update more often...

I can't remember if there's anything else to write about except the hetalia gathering/picnic. Which was btw BLOODY AWESOME. We met at the railwaystation and walked together from there to the dock where the ship to the Suomenlinna left. There were about 40 of us. When we got to the Suomenlinna, some went to the shop and after that we went to find a picnic place. We spent most of the time at that spot, though some went to walk around. There were few games and such. Then there was the scary Russia who bit lu_vy, bitchslapped Suna and smacked everyone to oblivion with a horse crop that he stole from Germany...
... all in all, it was a brilliant day, and I hope that there will be second one after Tsukicon~ Germany also added me to the msn, so yay new friends~ And...... the scary Russia, too........

So, now I'm trying to get a job since I don't have anything to do nor any incomes. Going to be hard though, because of the recession.

Also, my birthday is this week, so I'm going to go to the movies to Helsinki on Saturday with lu_vy and Suna. I also get a little money from dad so I can start doing my cosplay after that. I'm worried about that because I've never done a cosplay costume myself...

God this week is so boring, I have nothing to do. Miyuki (Germany-cosplayer) said I should go to her place, and now I really want to, but I don't have any money to get there...

I guess that's all...

So what's up? (feat. the day of wisdom)

Uhh haven't updated in a while...
Because I've been reading.
And reading.
And then reading some more.

I've been reading the whole month for the university entrance examinations, so nothing worth writing about has really happened.

So yeaaah. The last few days have been busy, however.

On Thursday I had the kind-of-official photograph taken of me in a dress and high heels and... curls in hair and student cap and such. There was a professional person doing the make-up before the pic was taken, and wow she did a great job.

On Friday I had the entrance examination. It... didn't go that well, so I'll just... start reading MUCH earlier next year...
Also, I met one of my friends while I was at Helsinki, and she told me how her life's been after she moved there... and... JESUS CHRIST HOW HER LIFE GOT SO FUCKED UP. My brains didn't even comprehend all the things she said so I couldn't do anything but just smile and nod and wonder aloud oh my, you're life certainly hasn't been boring. Things that have happened to her, I thought they happen only in the most messed up american tv-series. Christ.
I left from the exam early enough and made it to the graduation rehearsal. That wasn't nice either, since all the people around me were being SO BLOODY ANNOYING (read: usual teenagers). So... Friday was really, really shitty day and I was angry or sad most of the day.

Saturday, on the other hand, was very nice. I had to wake up early to get ready for the graduation (apparently the better term would be matriculation) ceremony/party/don't know what's the right word in english. The ceremony was nice and kinda moving, but I was pretty nervous during the part where we got our diplomas (don't know if that's the right word, either) and roses, since I was among the last ones. After the ceremony we went to the centre and started walking the march from there to the Hero Graves. It was kinda... pain. We walked on the motor road, the sun was shining, no cloud or shades, everyone was very hungry, thirsty and tired. After we arrived to the cemetary, we put our roses in front of the graves and then we were free to go home.
The home party was great, big sister and relatives were there, got lot of roses (blue and white, too <3) and a LOT of cards with money in them. Dad and granpa gave me the pocket watch I've wanted for years ( I LOVE IT and can't stop touching and carrying it with me <3). Mom gave a mug with bunnies in it (and money), one of them has a student cap. I got a pretty necklace from my aunt and a plate from dad's neighbour (whom I have never even seen) that she had painted herself. It had really pretty colours. (I also got money from dad's dance partner, whom I have never seen either, ahahaha what? :D) My relatives from dad's side couldn't make it to the party since they had another party to attend and they live pretty far from us. They gave me a cheque (NICE *thumbs up*) that was worth 440€. All in all, I got 1160€. All the studying finally paid off! Two of my friends came to see me after 6 p.m., when my relatives were gone. The other one gave me a cute badger plushie (okay, it's official; I'm a badger :'D) and the other one hadn't bought me a present yet, and she had to check if I already had it what she was going to buy.
So, a great day, though I was pretty exhausted and my feet were KILLING me (first time wearing high heels for so long... the shoes got a lot of praises, though). Matti filmed most of the day, so we have it on tape.

Today I just chilled (and woke up late).

Tomorrow... I'm going to spend that money a bit. Gonna buy a laptop, new shoes for summer and maybe some clothes (a vest/waistcoat if I'll find a good one).

Next two weeks...
MORE reading for the other university entrance examination (archeology).

Next Saturday there'll be Desucon in Lahti, I'll cosplay Shikamaru (from Naruto Shippuuden) there.

27.6 there will be a cosplay-event at Linnanmäki (an amusement park), I tried to get the uniform of Romano (Axis Powers Hetalia) from eBay, but the money I transferred to Paypal has taken more days than it should (probably my fault, I think I forgot to do one thing...) so the costume wouldn't make it in time. If that's the case, I'll cosplay Shikamaru there, too, and leave Romano for Animecon.

That's.... that's probably all for now...

EDIT: Eddie Izzard is bloody awesome.

General rambling

God I'm lazy at updating...

Uh, SO... Uuumm I had the religion exam on Wednesday, it probably went worse than history. Well, we'll see, I don't want to think about them before I get the final results. After the exam I went to get ice cream with my friend and after that she came to my house. And on Thursday, too. We probably watched movies and anime and such... can't really remember.
On Friday I............ I can't remember what I did.
On Saturday I went to Helsinki with lu_vy. We were supposed to go to watch Valkyrie, but it was being shown too late, so we just went shopping. I bought some stuff, but not much. And we also visited the National Museum. Damn that place is great.
On Sunday.............. um, can't remember anything else except I watched Ai no Kotodama (for the third time)...

Now then, some random things.
- OMG MY BIG SISTER HAS MSN. And she's like, 30+. I'm kinda weirded out. Other than that, damn cool.
- On Monday me and ly_vy registered on habbo.jp.... yeah, that's Japan's Habbo Hotel. It's open from 12 a.m. to 9 p.m., which is like 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. here in Finland... when most of the people are in school or work........ or sleeping! (Well, I'll just have to get up earlier.)
- Got this huge urge to get new clothes and stuff after watching Ai no Kotodama... damn those guys had great styles!
- I also fell in love with Fazer's Salmiakkisuklaa (salty liquorice chocolate) even though I don't like salty liquorice...

... I think that's all for now.

UKUS

I should be sleeping

So yyeaahh.

Saturday was Independence Day. I woke up after 12 a.m. and..... I can't really remember what I did. Mostly sat in front of computer and watched movies from tv.
In the evening the Independence Day Party/Reception (Linnan juhlat. I really can't come up with a good translation, but it's a party/reception in the Presidential Palace for remarkable people) came from tv and as always we watched the evening gowns of the guests. Kind of a tradition, really. After that I continued drawind the Hetalia picture of Finland and inked and coloured it during the night. I promised to see my friend the previous day somewhere around 2 p.m. I went to sleep between 5-6 a.m....

Sunday. I woke up at 12 a.m., put the alarm clock off and went back to sleep... Then I woke again at 2 p.m. (cough). Later my stomach started to hurt, so she had to came here. We took the dog out, made fruit salad and watched Mermaid Chronicles Part 1: She Creature. She left at nine and I started to watch Heroes. (Two first episodes, they started airing it second time, apparently it was that popular. I decided I would start to watch it too.) After that I went to shower.

AND HOLY SIZZLES I REALLY SHOULD BE SLEEPING NOW. Early morning etc.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY FINLAND

SO. I started to sketch an Independence Day drawing of Hetalia's Finland.

Now I'm going to sleep and try to finish the drawing after that.

Uhm, about this day. I had 2h of Finnish in the morning and after that 3x free period. After that I would've had the Independence/graduation occasion, but eh, I sneaked out around 10-11 and my friend came to pick me up. She had her grandma with her, so we went to do some shoppings and after that went to the cemetery and put some candles there. Then we had tea with grandma (in her house, not in the graveyard) and lounged there a while before leaving.
It's amusing to sit in the car when she drives. It's like "oh whoops wrong turn HEY ASSHOLE DRIVE FASTER what was the speed limit again oh well". When we got to my home, we ordered pizza and started watching a movie. The pizza tasted bloody good, and arse it was expensive. (Thanks for my friend for paying it.) Then she left somewhere around 2-3 p.m. (damn it was good to see her again). I fell asleep almost immediately and didn't wake up until 8 p.m. Was I tired or what?

And I'm very tired now too, and I heard mom's alarm clock. TO THE BEDMOBILE! Nighties.

Snow and crazy hairdos

Mm I drew on the free periods. The result was a side profile of a feminine guy who had a crazy hairdo... aaaand now I wanna do more side profiles with crazy hair and accessories. Unf.

First it rained, then came sleet and then it started snowing. <3 It was nearly white again.

Tomorrow we have an independence and graduating occasion at school, and after that my friend picks me up and we order pizza and watch a movie. It's nice to see her again.

Prince Charming and Prince Bushy Eyebrows

Aggh my feet.

Didn't get the usual grade from the math test, but it was still okay.

After school I went to the centre with a friend. We went to a flea market and a couple of shops (bought an umbrella and black nail polish).
After that we went (oh god my soul will burn in hell for this) to McDonald's and had meals. I haven't eaten that crap in a loooong time, but damn it tasted good. Still, not gonna visit that place in a while again. Eugh.

The Japanese lesson starts at 6 p.m.

After that home, and The Simpsons & Friends. And homework.

Nothing else I guess.

You overslept

So I went to buy those school books in the morning and I got a new camera from my dad. It's so small compared to my old one. I really like it.

I used to really, really like my religion lessons, but now the real teacher is abroad (the other one of my two favourite teachers) and the new one is just like a younger version of this one teacher I dislike and the last people who I'd really want to be in the same room with are there, too. God, and I thought this period would be much easier than the previous.

After I got home I quickly eyed the manual of the camera and practised using it.

Then I watched the tv programmes (Friends, The Simpsons, House and Dexter).

Somehow I kinda feel a little stressed and yet not.
Or numb. Can't really say.

I should do my homework now and go to sleep. I have an early morning.

Of shootings and drawing

So, there was this guy shooting in school in Kauhajoki today. Apparently it spread to the world the same day, so I'm not going to talk about it much. This is the second time, so I wonder if there's more of these coming...
I really don't think much about this myself, 'cause I don't seem to be affected much by those kinds of things that  don't happen in my or my relatives' life.
Where on earth is this world going...

I got my Japanese books today (finally) and it was kinda hard to follow, because it's all in hiragana, katakana and kanji, but at least I'll memorise all the characters again and hopefully learn to read faster.
The teacher owes me 3€, wahaha! (He got my books from another city and I paid them.)

Aa'ah~~ I feel like drawing, but for some reason taking paper and pen and start sketching has become hard for me... especially if I don't have anything spesific in mind.
Naah, I wanna draw fanart of Hetalia... TwT I've become very fond of US (though I really don't like the country or its inhabitants in real life...), Korea and SwedenxFinland.

Um, that's about all I think.

(Oh wow, I actually started writing in here. Maybe it's because no one really reads these, so I don't feel like I'm trying to force my thoughts or opinions on anybody... and it would be kind of nice to get foreign friends from here, though I don't think that'll happen, since I'm too shy to go to comment to anyone and I don't think anyone here will notice me.)
