So what's up? (feat. the day of wisdom)

Uhh haven't updated in a while...
Because I've been reading.
And reading.
And then reading some more.

I've been reading the whole month for the university entrance examinations, so nothing worth writing about has really happened.

So yeaaah. The last few days have been busy, however.

On Thursday I had the kind-of-official photograph taken of me in a dress and high heels and... curls in hair and student cap and such. There was a professional person doing the make-up before the pic was taken, and wow she did a great job.

On Friday I had the entrance examination. It... didn't go that well, so I'll just... start reading MUCH earlier next year...
Also, I met one of my friends while I was at Helsinki, and she told me how her life's been after she moved there... and... JESUS CHRIST HOW HER LIFE GOT SO FUCKED UP. My brains didn't even comprehend all the things she said so I couldn't do anything but just smile and nod and wonder aloud oh my, you're life certainly hasn't been boring. Things that have happened to her, I thought they happen only in the most messed up american tv-series. Christ.
I left from the exam early enough and made it to the graduation rehearsal. That wasn't nice either, since all the people around me were being SO BLOODY ANNOYING (read: usual teenagers). So... Friday was really, really shitty day and I was angry or sad most of the day.

Saturday, on the other hand, was very nice. I had to wake up early to get ready for the graduation (apparently the better term would be matriculation) ceremony/party/don't know what's the right word in english. The ceremony was nice and kinda moving, but I was pretty nervous during the part where we got our diplomas (don't know if that's the right word, either) and roses, since I was among the last ones. After the ceremony we went to the centre and started walking the march from there to the Hero Graves. It was kinda... pain. We walked on the motor road, the sun was shining, no cloud or shades, everyone was very hungry, thirsty and tired. After we arrived to the cemetary, we put our roses in front of the graves and then we were free to go home.
The home party was great, big sister and relatives were there, got lot of roses (blue and white, too <3) and a LOT of cards with money in them. Dad and granpa gave me the pocket watch I've wanted for years ( I LOVE IT and can't stop touching and carrying it with me <3). Mom gave a mug with bunnies in it (and money), one of them has a student cap. I got a pretty necklace from my aunt and a plate from dad's neighbour (whom I have never even seen) that she had painted herself. It had really pretty colours. (I also got money from dad's dance partner, whom I have never seen either, ahahaha what? :D) My relatives from dad's side couldn't make it to the party since they had another party to attend and they live pretty far from us. They gave me a cheque (NICE *thumbs up*) that was worth 440€. All in all, I got 1160€. All the studying finally paid off! Two of my friends came to see me after 6 p.m., when my relatives were gone. The other one gave me a cute badger plushie (okay, it's official; I'm a badger :'D) and the other one hadn't bought me a present yet, and she had to check if I already had it what she was going to buy.
So, a great day, though I was pretty exhausted and my feet were KILLING me (first time wearing high heels for so long... the shoes got a lot of praises, though). Matti filmed most of the day, so we have it on tape.

Today I just chilled (and woke up late).

Tomorrow... I'm going to spend that money a bit. Gonna buy a laptop, new shoes for summer and maybe some clothes (a vest/waistcoat if I'll find a good one).

Next two weeks...
MORE reading for the other university entrance examination (archeology).

Next Saturday there'll be Desucon in Lahti, I'll cosplay Shikamaru (from Naruto Shippuuden) there.

27.6 there will be a cosplay-event at Linnanmäki (an amusement park), I tried to get the uniform of Romano (Axis Powers Hetalia) from eBay, but the money I transferred to Paypal has taken more days than it should (probably my fault, I think I forgot to do one thing...) so the costume wouldn't make it in time. If that's the case, I'll cosplay Shikamaru there, too, and leave Romano for Animecon.

That's.... that's probably all for now...

EDIT: Eddie Izzard is bloody awesome.

Buono tomato, buono! Tomato buono buono, ooh!

UPDATE TIME AGAIN

Urrrm nothing much happened on last week.

On Monday I was supposed to go and lend some exambooks for the university entrance examinations, but there weren't any free at our library. So, I lazed at home. Bad me.

On Tuesday I went to search those books from the bookshop, only one was to be found, but I didn't have enough money for that, so I reserved it (book of archeology). The shop assistant sent some messages to the other cities' bookshops whether they'd have the Finnish grammar book and/or the world of religions book (which, the publishers aren't making anymore, apparently). They'll txt me if they find the religion book, and the grammar books should come to the shop this week.
I also went to search a dress for the graduation party. Found one and reserved it til Thursday.

On Wednesday I... uhhh... can't remember what I did, so it was probably nothing big... (I'm seriously starting to get worried about my memory span)

On Thursday dad picked me up at morning (well 10 a.m. is pretty much morning for me, since I usually wake up around 1 p.m...) and we went to get the graduation dress, and dad bought me the graduation cap at the same (yeah no pressures but I bought the hat for you already)...
I picked up my password for library's online account, too.
I was pretty exhausted for the rest of the day since I woke up after 7 a.m. and didn't get even 3h of sleep. Surfed on the net (while trying not to fall asleep) and later took a nap.

On Friday I'll have to go pick up that archeology-book (and grammar if those have shown up) and after that I'll leave to lu_vy's. I'll be there for the weekend because on Sunday there will be Japan Day at Helsinki and we're going there~

Er, money sure is a weird thing. Last week I had only 12€ at my account (still is, since I can't get it out from there) and today I noticed that I have over 100€ in my wallet... seriously, the heck? Not that I'm complaining. I had a real brainstorm as I was trying to figure where that all came from. Apparently most of it came from mom and dad (some of the money is for the exambooks), but I had saved some myself and got some from selling my books away. If I don't go on a spending spree at the Japan Day, I'll save those for my Hetalia cosplay (I'll probably be Lithuania, but damn, I've gotten pretty attached to South Italy, too).

I also watched Natsume Yuujinchou & Zoku Natsume Yuujinchou during this week. I'm such a sucker for japanese mythology...

Now I should go to sleep, so I'll get enough sleep. (Edit: wow does that sound wise after reading it the second time)

KÄSIJARRU

General rambling

God I'm lazy at updating...

Uh, SO... Uuumm I had the religion exam on Wednesday, it probably went worse than history. Well, we'll see, I don't want to think about them before I get the final results. After the exam I went to get ice cream with my friend and after that she came to my house. And on Thursday, too. We probably watched movies and anime and such... can't really remember.
On Friday I............ I can't remember what I did.
On Saturday I went to Helsinki with lu_vy. We were supposed to go to watch Valkyrie, but it was being shown too late, so we just went shopping. I bought some stuff, but not much. And we also visited the National Museum. Damn that place is great.
On Sunday.............. um, can't remember anything else except I watched Ai no Kotodama (for the third time)...

Now then, some random things.
- OMG MY BIG SISTER HAS MSN. And she's like, 30+. I'm kinda weirded out. Other than that, damn cool.
- On Monday me and ly_vy registered on habbo.jp.... yeah, that's Japan's Habbo Hotel. It's open from 12 a.m. to 9 p.m., which is like 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. here in Finland... when most of the people are in school or work........ or sleeping! (Well, I'll just have to get up earlier.)
- Got this huge urge to get new clothes and stuff after watching Ai no Kotodama... damn those guys had great styles!
- I also fell in love with Fazer's Salmiakkisuklaa (salty liquorice chocolate) even though I don't like salty liquorice...

... I think that's all for now.

And again

I used to update more often when I was going to school...

I didn't finish reading religion last week, but fortunately the exam is next Wednesday.
I stayed up the whole Friday-Saturday night watching xxxHolic (got totally hooked) and after I watched xxxHolic, xxxHolic: Kei, xxxHolic movie and xxxHolic OVA pt. 1, I started reading the manga (which I by the way finished on Monday). Hooked, can you tell? (B-b-but, Doumeki&Watanuki <3) Now I'm just waiting more manga and pt. 2 of the OVA. (Have been watching fanart and reading fanfics, too...) I kind of neglected all the stuff I was supposed to do because of that...

On Monday I had the Finnish essay exam. Dunno how it went and my hand was all sore after all the writing.
On Wednesday I had the history exam and it went better than I had thought.

Today was my friend's 20th birthday, so she came to pick me up somewhere around 12. Many of her relatives came to celebrate, too. I knew most of them already since I've known her from the 1st grade. They brought two sandwichcakes and one cake, all of them were delicious. And my friend had made a cake too, that was delicious too. Tasted a little like Daim. Anyway, I had fun. It was nice to see her again.

And one more thing. The xxxHolic totally sparked my interest in kyudo again. I really really really want to start that. Been wanting for a while now. I think it would suit me better than judo, that was too much more me even though I liked it.

... I think that's all for now.

So what's up?

Woah, okay, so... 2 weeks without updating.

I'm having my three-week-vacation when graduating students are supposed to read to the exams.
First week I read history, second week I... kind of lazed off. I was kinda numb at the beginning of the week, but a friend came by to visit and it cheered me a lot. Mom bought me white roses. (やっぱり、私が白いバラを好きです!) I finally ordered the pinstripe corset that I wanted! やったああ~! (Okay I just finished my japanese homework, who can tell?) I think that's all... *forgetful*

Now I'm starting to read religion (I can't find my second course book anywhere, oh snap).
Tomor- erm, today I have a history exam (not the real exam, just a rehearsal where students can raise their grades or just sit and listen) from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. and after that I'll go to wait the beginning of my japanese lesson, so no time for reading. I'll continue that on Wednesday.

... I really should go to sleep since I'll have to wake up earlier for the exam...
